Greg is a US Army veteran who served with the 82nd Airborne Division as a combat engineer. After completing his time in the military he attended school for HVAC-R. Later, he opened his own HVAC business. He also opened a second business to provide products and services to federal agencies and is responsible for the growth RGS sees today.

Margaret started her career as a clinical dietitian. For 11 years she spent her time in critical care and post-op dietetic education. During that time she attained her CNSC credential and learned enteral nutrition tube placement. In 2025 she decided to make a career change coming on board to RGS.
